Since it's inception in 2012 - A National Day of Support for Non-Profits.
Some have used this for underlying support. Others have created special projects for Giving Tuesday.
Claremont Christian Academy has seen tremendous support this year in giving to the Building Fund for the new building. The Jog-a-Thon saw a record-breaking amount raised this year. None of this would have been possible without the faithful, kind support of many.
As Giving Tuesday comes this year, CCA is asking our friends and those who may have never been involved to consider helping. The Upper School building is a tremendous blessing and the school has developed a nice daily routine. The transition from a former office building to a working school presents some challenges.
At the present time, some rooms need to be divided by walls. Costs for materials need to be raised.
This presents an appropriate project for Giving Tuesday. These costs were not anticipated when the school budget was created, yet they need to be met.
